KAI provides tools, structure, and guidance. It does not replace professional legal, financial, or real estate advice.

KAI does not provide legal advice.

Any information, guidance, or suggestions provided by KAI are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding your tenancy, agreements, and any related actions.

4. User Responsibilities

By using KAI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Not upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Ensure that any documents you upload are yours to use and share

You remain fully responsible for your tenancy decisions and actions.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload to KAI.

By using the platform, you grant KAI a limited right to:

• Store, process, and organise your data
• Generate structured outputs and insights
• Improve the platform's functionality

KAI does not sell your personal data.

KAI may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve its services and develop insights.

6. AI and Platform Functionality

KAI may use AI technologies to:

• Generate suggested messages
• Provide structured guidance

These outputs may not always be complete or accurate.

You should review all outputs before relying on them.

KAI does not use your personal data to train external or publicly available AI models.

KAI is not a party to any communication or agreement.

• KAI is not responsible for the outcome of any dispute

• Supporting property-related transactions

Use of such features may be subject to additional terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAI shall not be liable for:

• Disputes between tenants, landlords, or third parties
• Loss of deposit or financial outcomes

Your use of KAI is at your own risk.
